Robin MacFarlane is Owner and Training Director of That's My Dog!, Inc. located in Southwest Wisconsin. Robin began training dogs in the early '90s while she worked as a veterinary technician and hospital manager. Her evolution in training led her though a variety of workshops and seminars as well as two training schools and eventually in to a partnership in the No Limitations School for Remote Collar Training. Robin left that partnership in 2005 to move on to a more varied and effective approach of remote collar utilization. She currently heads the TMD! E-cademy, a training program dedicated to creating better educated remote collar professionals, as well as presenting workshops to audiences ranging from pet dog owners, working dog handlers and veterinarians seeking more knowledge of this versatile tool. Robin is known for her eye in reading dogs, her clear ability to explain and demonstrate techniques as well as her fair and patient instruction of both canine and human alike. Robin also provides consultation to VisionK9 and several City and County Law Enforcement Agencies in the practical application of remote training collars.

Originally from Baraboo, WI, Steve Boyer joined the U.S. Army after high school becoming a Cavalry Scout. Injuries sustained in both Afghanistan and Iraq shortened his military career to 15 years. After his honorable discharge, Steve followed his passion for dogs and decided he wanted to work with them day in and day out. He attended Triple Crown Academy in Hutto, Texas, and went through their Master Trainer Program, as well as the Police K-9 program. Steve has trained dogs for agility competition, service dog basics, police K-9s for Narcotics detection, Search and Rescue basics, Suspect Apprehension, basic and advanced obedience, trick training, article/evidence search and much more. Steve wanted to expand his knowledge of dogs so he attended That’s My Dog's E-cademy. He learned the benefits of using the remote collar in training any type of dog, at any level, improving his ability to give clients what they want from their dog. Steve currently resides in Richland Center, WI, with his German Shepherd Dogs, Ace and Ellie.

Originally from Sioux City, IA, Jana moved to Dubuque in June 2004 and brought her new puppy, Bacardi, to That's My Dog! Inc. for Puppy Preschool. One year and more than one dog later, That's My Dog! recognized a fellow dog enthusiast and asked her to come on board as the office manager. Having a great love for animals and a desire to learn more about dogs and dog training, Jana gladly accepted this role. Having worked at Gateway Inc. for over 12 years and in the U.S. Bankruptcy Department for the Northern District of Iowa for two years before moving to Dubuque, Jana was right at home working in the office. When not at That's My Dog!, Jana enjoys spending time with her fiance Bruce, son Cameron, and their two dogs Bacardi and Titan.
